What can be delivered?
Pretty much any advertising and promotional material you can think of, from a simple A5 leaflet, all the way up to a multi-page brochure and product samples.
How much does leaflet distribution cost?
Well, that depends on your requirements. Prices are different depending on the size of your order, media type involved and distribution location.
What are your payment terms?
Payment by BACS or cash before commencement of delivery.
How much notice do I have to give?
We can usually get on the case very quickly. Typically, we can begin distribution within 2-3 weeks of receiving the order. We should say, though, availability can vary depending on the time of year and of course the distribution package selected. It is possible for us to turn things round in as little as 48 hours if needed on our premium service.
How many leaflets can you distribute for me?
We won't say we can deal with any amount because we've never tried doing a billion at a time. But what we can say is that we've handles campaigns delivering a thousand leaflets, some delivering several million, and pretty much everything in between.
Can you let me know how many properties there are in my target areas? Yes! That’s another reason to get in touch with us early, we've got all the facts and figures to help you plan a successful campaign.
What is Solus Delivery?
Our Solus Plus service is our version of the popular Solus Distribution. Your leaflet will be delivered on its own through the letter box thus making it Solus, however we may deliver other non-conflicting material through the door at the same time if we have another leaflet in the same street. It most cases this doesn't always happend to the entire area. If other leaflets are delivered, they will never be clustered together or folded up. Your leaflet will fall on the door mat on its own making it as effective as other companies completely Solus campaigns where rates can be quite high. It's the same as us delivering your leaflet and then another company delivering their leaflet 5 mins later.
How do I get my materials to you?
On receipt of the order agreement, we will provide a localised delivery address where you can deliver the marketing material too. We also offer a collection service which is charged at £38 per collection plus £5 per box. Sometimes if there are multiple delivery areas an extra surcharge may apply but we can discuss this at the point of booking. Our collection service is usually provided by UK Mail.
How does your price match promise work?
We will better the printing price of any other UK Supplier for flyers and leaflets if you choose to select us for distribution too. In addition, we will match any other national competitor's price, on receipt of a formal written quote for service of the exact specification. Excluding Turnaround times and competitors’ special promotions.
How long will my leaflet distribution take?
Of course, we'll discuss that with you based on our available dates and your requirements. We will try our best to adhere to your preferred timescale.

What will the response levels be?
That depends very much on what you're advertising, your message and factors like current market demands and local competition. Of course, we can help you with the design and strategy to ensure that your campaign is effective as possible. We're not a lead generation service but we've got the leaflet production and distribution covered.
Do you deliver to every house in the target area?
We would be lying if we said all the houses are delivered to. No leaflet company can guarantee that. We do however try our best to deliver to all houses within the target area, penetration rates can vary depending on exact distribution location and service. We don't as standard deliver to 'no junk mail houses', some flats or roads where access if prohibited or houses with long driveways which are not on a premium service. Average delivery penetration rates vary and depend on location and service plan.
How do we ensure the leaflets are delivered properly?
We have a trusted large network of distributors across the country. Our distributors are monitored and supervised. If you require personal peace of mind, we offer GPS Tracking for a small additional fee in most areas. This means that on completion a GPS tracked report can be provided as evidence of the distribution.
Who delivers my material?
We have dedicated individuals and teams of distributors in all areas of the country. They work under the supervision of our managers, reporting to head office on a regular basis.
Do you give discounts for bulk bookings?
We can offer up to 15% discount on bulk bookings. Please call us or speak to your account manager for details?
Can you store leaflets for us prior to distribution?
There is a central warehouse for storing media stock for regular clients. There is normally no charge for this if the job is live.
What if I am not happy with the service?
All complaints are dealt with in accordance with the complaint’s procedure outlined in the agreement prior to the start of the campaign.
